Our energy drinks (Verve), vitamin (Vemma) or isotonic (Thirst) can be bought in over 25 countries in Europe and over 50 worldwide.
We gradually expand to new markets, and we can boast of a steady increase in sales.
We operate in Europe since 2006, and one of our offices is located in a modern Arkońska Business Park in Gdansk. We are currently looking to expand our team and hence seeking an energetic, communicative and experienced person for the role of:

Customer Retention Specialist (with German and English)
Miejsce pracy: Polska, pomorskie, Gdańsk
Opis stanowiska:
What responsibilities will you have?
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products in
order to understand customers' needs
- Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and
persuade our customers to remain with us
- Proactively contact customers who are identified as at risk of
cancellation and ensure that every opportunity to retain these
customers is investigated
- Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into
happy customers
- Document customer outcomes to add to our knowledge of reasons
why customers
- choose to cancel their services with us
- Identify new business practices that could be introduced or
suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the
risk of customer cancellation
- Report regularly to team leader on all activities relating to
the role
Wymagania:
What do we expect?
If you are a specialist and enthusiast in your field with an
awesome personality and you would like to join our team, we have a
few requirements. You'll convince us if you:
- have excellent German and English (both are a MUST)
- possess very good verbal and written communication skills
- demonstrate an outstanding customer focus
- are solution-oriented, confident and enthusiastic
- have experience in a general office, customer service or sales
role
- have excellent telephone manner
- have pro-active approach to process improvement
