On behalf of our Client, leading International Technology Company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates interested in full-time employment as Multilingual Technical Support Engineers.
While working on this position you will be responsible for providing front-end technical support to customers, managing technical requests, providing solutions to most product usability and functionality questions using telephone and web-based solutions, setting priorities of customer issues and recommend solutions to problems, updating existing technical documents and delivering high quality service to clients.
Successful Candidates must have working knowledge of English and be fluent in French or German. Also, it is required to hold one or two years of experience in IT field with similar responsibilities, ability to solve problems independently and strong client facing skills. College degree or course in Computer Science related discipline would be a strong asset.
