Customer Service Specialist with Italian

Opis stanowiska:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Italian who will join our client based in Poznań. The client offers a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders in the SAP system and manage customer data and pricing information in SAP.
Handle customer complaints and take ownership of resolving issues promptly.
Process credit/debit notes related to bonuses, claims, and commissions.
Coordinate product returns from customers or local warehouses, oversee customer consignment stocks.
Enforce credit limits and follow collection procedures.
Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, order fulfillment, production, and other company departments.

Required Qualifications

Previous, relevant experience in customer service, knowledge of the manufacturing environment will be a plus.
SAP knowledge.
Self-motivated, client-centric approach.
Fluency in Italian and English.
